Our L3 support tech responsibilities include some of the most complex problems encountered, such as database administration, infrastructure or data center management, email, file shares, and infrastructure issues like advanced network challenges, troubleshooting, configuration, and repair for servers and networks. Our L3 support in any of our Network Operations Centers (NOCs) consists of technical specialists whose capabilities go beyond that of the typical help desk certifications.
